Strength Circuit - Full body workout

Circuit training class is a fun, full-body workout where you move through different exercises one after another — like a mini workout “station” for each body part! Each class includes a mix of movements to:

  • Improve muscle strength & endurance

  • Improve postural control and core stability

Don't worry—everyone goes at their own pace and guide by professional trainer throughout the session. This class is designed for fitness with all levels. The trainer will do progression (step up) or regression (step down) based on individual's fitness level.
