Circuit training class is a fun, full-body workout where you move through different exercises one after another — like a mini workout “station” for each body part! Each class includes a mix of movements to:

  • Improve muscle strength & endurance

  • Improve postural control and core stability

Don't worry—everyone goes at their own pace and guide by professional trainer throughout the session. This class is designed for fitness with all levels.
