TRX Gentle

TRX Gentle — a slow pace class which focus on stretching, mobility and stability training. Best to learn movements of TRX and stress relieve after work.

We will guide you through simple and safe TRX movements that:

  • Activate your core

  • Improve posture and control

  • Boost body awareness and confidence

  • Improve muscle strength and joint flexibility

  • Small group based with maximum 7 students only

  • Professional TRX trainer coaching

  • Duration: 60 minutes
