Circuit TRX: Your First Step to Strength

Welcome to Circuit TRX — a combination of muscle training and TRX workout. Circuit training class is a fun, full-body workout where you move through different exercises one after another — like a mini workout “station” for each body part! Each class includes a mix of movements to:

  • Improve muscle strength & endurance

  • Improve postural control and core stability

Don't worry—everyone goes at their own pace and guide by professional trainer throughout the session. This class is designed for fitness with all levels. We will do progression (step up challenge) or regression (step down challenge) based on individual's fitness level.

  • Small group class with maximum 7 students only

  • Professional trainer coaching

  • Beginner friendly with non-intimidate

  • Energetic and supportive workout environment

  • Duration: 60 minutes
