Looking for a workout that helps you get stronger, move better and feel more confident in your body? Our TRX Circuit Class combines the benefits of TRX suspension training with muscle strengthening exercises to give you a complete and effective workout.

What to expect in this class:

  • TRX suspension exercises – strengthen your whole body using straps and body weight

  • Muscle training stations – dumbbells, barbell, resistance work, bodyweight movements

  • Circuit format – move through different exercises for a fun and energising session
